Cute but no stretch

Unfortunately these were final sale and didn’t fit. I sized down due to the description stating stretch and I’m usually in between sizes. I ripped the belt loops off trying to pull them up. Couldn’t get them over my rear. They were exactly as pictured just no stretch.
