Despite adding this protection, I still had to pay $8 to return items that didn’t fit.

It says return are refund so easy, this is TOTAL B S. I am trying to exchange two items to a different size, and there’s NOWHERE TO DO THIS! I would give a 0 Star if I could!They making it impossible to change only 2 items. Have navigated, all my options, and CAN NOT!!!All the items I ordered was pretty much a different size, because how they explained the size chart. Other items I have are XS. Have never wore XS and it fits perfectly. Theses items are small and the are too Small! Size is Not Correct at all!!I was even charged the $198 for Free & Easy return for refunds or Store. It will Not Let me, 1st time purchasing!!

As outlined in our returns policy, we do not offer exchanges. However, you're always welcome to return and repurchase in your desired size. Since you purchased re:do at checkout, your return is covered at no additional cost and can be submitted directly on our returns page using just your order ID and zip code.
Regarding sizing, we hand-measure every item. Please keep in mind that we work with various brands and designers, so sizing can vary from style to style. To assist with finding the best fit, we include the measurements, along with additional fit and fabric details, in the ‘Size + Fit’ section. We encourage shoppers to compare these measurements with those of their own items.
