VIP tiers are based on your total annual spend at Lime Lush. As you reach higher spending milestones, you unlock exclusive rewards and benefits.

Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the “Ways to Redeem” section to redeem your points for rewards.

First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the page. You can also navigate to your dedicated rewards page to view your points balance.

Points will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.

Rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.

VIP status is valid for a calendar year and resets on January 1 each year.

VIP tier status is determined based on your spending starting from January 1, 2025. Your total purchases from this date onward will contribute to your tier placement.

If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it. This is for fraud protection, and you will still get your points after approximately 30 days.

No, only the amount you spend in our store contributes to your VIP tier status. Points earned from activities such as signing up, writing reviews, or social media engagement do not count toward VIP qualification.

No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
