I can’t review what I have not received. I haven’t even received a shipping notification as of yet. I told customer service via the website that I wanted to cancel this order since I don’t need the sweater anymore. I got the automated response stating they aren’t there on the weekends and to call Mon-Fri. I will be doing so.

The package was delivered on 12/16/24, which is within the 3-9 business days quoted in our shipping timeframe.
