Terrible customer service experience. Was told I could return any items from this order via Redo, which I paid for, but no label will load and when I reached out for help, this problem was dismissed several times. The store is making me pay for my own postage because Redo isn’t working. Buyer beware.

Your order contained only Final Sale items, which are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase. Because of this, our return system, Re:Do, does not generate labels for orders consisting entirely of Final Sale items—this is not an error but how the system is designed to function.

Although Final Sale items are not eligible for return, we made a one-time exception to allow you to return them at your expense. Since our system does not generate labels for unapproved items, you were responsible for providing return postage.
