Stain on shirt and customer service

The shirt arrived with a black stain on one of the “Os”. As soon as I took it out of the package and noticed it, I went online and did a return and uploaded pictures (I even purchased the “redo” option which is supposed to make returns easy). Well, three weeks later I’m still waiting to hear back and haven’t received my return label. It seemed like a good quality shirt, unfortunately poor customer service.
