runs VERY small

The shorts are cute, but they run VERY small. I'm a size 4 and usually order size small in bottoms. I ordered a medium because I didn't want them to be too tight. The medium made me look like a busted can of biscuits. If this were't a final sale item, I would have returned the medium for a large.
