Cute Set

This is a cute set, but the top fits like it is not the same proportioned as the bottom. Right under where the bra goes, it fits very snug and it is uncomfortable. The skirt fits very comfortable and great, but I am still not sure about the shirt. I don't seem to be able to wear it with a strapless bra or without a bra, so I am still trying to figure out how I am going to wear this top.
