Can't find gift card

I received a receipt and I received all kinds of advertisement, Way too much in fact! I've gone through every email and I can't find the giftcard. I need help. It's supposed to be for my daughter in another state It's passed her birthday now and no gift card

Never Received ..

I bought a $100 e-gift card for Christmas for my mother and never received the email with it. I emailed customer service about it and never heard back. My cc was definitely charged for it .. Yes I checked my spam and junk. Nothing. I’ve never had a problem with ordering physical clothing but I will never purchase a gift card from here again.

You reached out to us 12/21/22 and we replied same day letting you know it had been manually fulfilled. Because we haven't heard back, we assumed all was well.
