Shelbi from customer service lacks rendering good customer service refuses to look at photos upon request, and leaves you hanging on the weekends. I’ve been emailing their email for over two weeks and even though she verified that I was emailing the correct email for some reason she reports she doesn’t have any of my emails to reference. Poor customer service and not honoring the products that you sell is a true reflection of what type of company this is stay far away!!

I feel like this was poorly advertised as being soft, but it wasnt at all and kind of itchy. It was also very short and tolled up constantly due to the raw edges it had. I couldn't return it because it was clearance.
