Not the quality I was expecting for the price.

This skirt has never been worn before only tried on and it was washed inside out in a garment bag on a hand wash cycle with no spin and it has a hole in it. Definitely not the quality I was expecting for the price of the skirt. I don’t see a way to fix it because of the material either. Bummer because it was cute when I tried it on.
